Data Center Construction Expert

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the design, construction, and commissioning of cutting-edge data centers. This involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, architecture, structural engineering, or relevant disciplines, with a strong background in project management and leadership. A bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field is highly desirable.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project management and oversight of construction-related activities for new builds or general capital projects
- Driving costs down and schedules shorter while maintaining quality
- Providing construction management for specific initiatives aimed at increasing the resiliency of our data centers
Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing constructability of electrical and mechanical systems and building designs associated with the construction of new data centers or the optimization of existing data centers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction-related drawings
- 7-10 years of experience in design, construction, or program management in mission-critical facilities
