Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Center Construction Manager to lead the delivery of our data center projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction activities, driving costs down, and schedules shorter while maintaining quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project management and oversight of construction related activities for new builds or general capital projects
  • Driving costs down and schedules shorter while maintaining quality
  • Providing construction management for specific initiatives aimed at increasing the resiliency of our data centers
  • Review of constructability of electrical and mechanical systems and building designs associated with the construction of new data centers or the optimization of existing data centers
  • Total project quality including assisting with commissioning and integrated system testing and oversight of the execution of the project
Requirements:
  • Experience in design and construction management experience
  • Experience in program management in mission critical facilities
  • Knowledge of Australian building codes and regulations including Fire Codes, Building Codes, Energy Efficiency Codes, Sanitary Codes and Safety Codes
