As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in setting the tone for their stay. This dynamic position requires someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating lasting memories.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly and ensure a seamless check-in process
- Provide personalized service, anticipating and meeting guests' needs
- Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest's experience
- Collaborate with colleagues to create memorable experiences
- Service-focused personality and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work shifts (mostly afternoon/evening) and availability on weekends
- Additional Information: Previous experience is an asset; prior experience working with hospitality systems is beneficial; fluency in English is required
