Job Description
As a Hospitality Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in customer service and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests by greeting, checking-in, responding to requests, and settling accounts.
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience for each guest.
  • Promote the hotel facilities and look for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling.

Requirements:

  • A service-focused personality is essential.
  • Ability to work shifts (mostly afternoon/evening) and availability on weekends.
  • Additional Information:
  • Experience is an asset.
  • Fluency in English.
