As a critical member of our finance team, you will report into the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and play a key role in supporting the company's vision to make the world more beautiful, one room at a time.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Executives: Prepare and update the Temple & Webster annual financial budget, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Maintain Financial Forecasts: Prepare valuation analysis and maintain accurate financial forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Provide Budget Variance Analysis: Provide timely and actionable budget variance analysis to the CFO, CEO, and Board to ensure effective financial management.
  • Analyse Operations: Analyse operations and recommend cost-saving or efficiency initiatives to improve business performance.
  • Deliver Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis and market trends to provide valuable insights to leadership.
  • Assist in Historical Data Analysis: Assist in analysing historical data and preparing models for decision support.
  • Conduct Financial Impact Analysis: Conduct financial impact analysis for M&A and investments to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Support Strategic Initiatives: Assist in preparing business case materials and Board papers to support strategic initiatives.
