We're currently seeking experienced Dining Services staff for various locations across the Snowy Hydro 2.0 Project. These roles involve working in a dynamic kitchen environment, preparing and serving meals to our clients, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Bulk food preparation and cooking
  • Food service and presentation
  • Cleaning and maintaining food preparation areas
  • Other cleaning and maintenance duties as required

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Experience in bulk food preparation and cooking
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including night shifts and weekends
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and national police checks

We offer a competitive salary package of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus accommodation and meals provided.
