Job Description:

We are seeking a senior leader to drive our Managed Services operations forward. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of scaling delivery, improving efficiency and customer success.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience leading MSP businesses with $100M+ annuity revenue. They will possess strategic vision paired with sharp commercial instincts, a strong leadership background in Managed Services or MSP environments, and a proven ability to drive innovation and operational excellence in complex settings.

This role offers a chance to lead a high-performing team, build trusted relationships with clients, and make data-driven decisions. The successful candidate will be adaptable, resilient and thrive in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage AI and automation to enhance efficiency, quality and margins across all operations.
  • Drive financial, operational and customer performance across the board.
  • Build, mentor and empower a high-performing team that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
  • Promote collaboration between Sales, Strategy and Delivery teams to expand offerings.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for strategic accounts.
