Engineering Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in building and deploying impactful products. As a key member of our organization, you'll drive innovation and excellence through effective leadership and collaboration.

  • Mentor and inspire Delivery Leads to scale our successful product
  • Unify squads through an innovative culture and efficient ways of working

In the first year, you'll tackle challenges like implementing technology transformation and leveraging AI development tools for improved outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate platform uptime and performance, exceeding documented Service Level Agreements
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product Management to align engineering efforts with business objectives
  • Team leadership and development, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Technical expertise, engaging in deep technical discussions and ensuring compliance in regulated environments
  • Stakeholder engagement, building trusted partnerships and promoting software engineering best practices
  • Continuous improvement, identifying and implementing efficiency and quality enhancements

To succeed, bring extensive experience in Senior Engineering Management, knowledge of Software Engineering best practices, and experience working in high-growth environments.
