Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

We're seeking a skilled Guest Experience Host to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our resort team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the activities and performance of Guest Experience Hosts in the absence of the Guest Experience Host Manager
  • Schedule onsite resident guests for Owner Updates or regular Club presentations, as appropriate, during their stay at the resort property
  • Greet and register owners and guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Offer information on local area attractions and activities, enhancing the guest's overall experience
  • Complete all department-related paperwork, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Utilize communication equipment, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers, to effectively communicate with guests and team members
  • Meet guests face-to-face, generating sales appointments for our sales centers located at our resorts and via livestream
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with guests to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered
  • Collaborate with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within the Wyndham Destinations community
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business
  • This role requires flexibility, including weekend and public holiday shifts

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel or customer service position
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy and experience with PMS systems (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera, etc.)
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
