As a Guest Experience Host at Wyndham Destinations, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests. Your passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences will shine through in every interaction, from greeting and registering guests to providing information on local area attractions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the activities and performance of Guest Experience Hosts in the absence of the Guest Experience Host Manager
  • Schedule onsite resident guests for Owner Updates or regular Club presentations
  • Provide information on local area attractions and complete all department-related paperwork
  • Meet guests face to face and generate sales appointments for our sales centers
  • Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests
  • Clearly articulate the benefit of traveling within Wyndham Destinations community
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a similar hotel position
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a PMS system advantageous
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays
