We are looking for a skilled and committed Facility Manager to oversee our extensive residential aged care establishment. This position is crucial for ensuring exceptional standards of care and operational efficiency within a compassionate and supportive atmosphere.
Position Overview:
As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of our Care Services at the facility. Your role includes maintaining high-performance benchmarks, guiding your team towards success, and ensuring that every resident feels welcomed, engaged, and cared for. You will report directly to the State Manager and benefit from the backing of centralized centers of excellence within our innovative healthcare organization.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of a large residential aged care facility.
- Ensure adherence to accreditation standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team, promoting a positive and productive work culture.
- Manage budgeting, resource distribution, and facility upkeep.
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures that align with our core values.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Facility Manager in the residential aged care sector.
- Qualifications in Business Management or a related field are beneficial.
- Applications are welcome from both clinical and non-clinical backgrounds.
- Strong understanding and experience in accreditation, compliance, and standards.
