You will also:

  • Define, plan, and oversee the execution of projects and programs that deliver sustainable outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of strategies and setting strategic priorities
  • Provide advice to steering committees and ensure appropriate reporting, governance, and control functions are upheld
  • Manage stakeholder communications and oversee engagement initiatives
  • Create and monitor detailed project metrics and reporting

About you and your skills

You will have:

  • Experience leading a diverse team of high-performing professionals
  • Extensive experience delivering large-scale projects (in a retail and/or operations environment will be considered favorably)
  • An understanding of store operations, merchandise functions, and inventory would be highly beneficial
  • A successful track record of identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives
