About the role

Coles is seeking a highly experienced Senior Change Management professional to join our Central Operations team. As a key member of our centralised project management function, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of large-scale projects that drive efficiency and innovation across our business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of change and deployment professionals to ensure seamless project execution
  • Developing and implementing strategic change management frameworks to drive business outcomes
  • Conducting capability assessments to ensure organisational readiness for change
  • Coaching leaders on best practice change management techniques and ensuring line managers are competent in delivering change
  • Contributing to the development of strategies and setting strategic priorities to drive business growth

About you

We are looking for a seasoned change management professional with a proven track record of delivering large-scale change initiatives in a retail or operations environment. You will have a deep understanding of store operations, merchandise functions, and inventory management, as well as excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
