Customer Support Engineer QLD/NT - CT/Ultrasound

Job Overview

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring their medical equipment operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Participate in the sales process, providing expert technical support throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Lead in managing technical escalations, ensuring all stakeholders are updated on progress according to company process.
  • Deliver best-in-class service to customers, providing technical support, maintenance, and repairs on equipment.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge through ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with new technologies relevant to the role.
  • The role is based in Brisbane QLD, with occasional travel to other locations as required.
  • Be able to work additional hours outside business hours as necessary to efficiently carry out the job role.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing service engineering roles.
  • A degree-level education in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hold a full AU drivers license and Australian working rights.
