We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our organization on the Gold Coast.
Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining an efficient and profitable operation. This involves working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and achieve service sales and profit objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and employees alike, fostering a culture of respect and open communication.
- Operate at optimum capacity, ensuring effective cost control measures are implemented and adhered to.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent customer service skills, well-developed verbal and written communication skills, and experience working in a department where KPIs are used. Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) experience is highly desirable but not essential.
