As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building lasting relationships with clients. Your exceptional communication skills and passion for the brand will drive commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:- SERVICE AND SALES
Meet and exceed individual sales and commercial KPIs by inspiring clients through storytelling and your knowledge of fashion and luxury products.
- Provide a premium service by demonstrating expertise in product and styling while maintaining high standards.
- Follow the client journey to elevate their experience, ensuring a great initial impression, discovering their needs, being a product expert, and closing the sale to maintain the relationship.
- CLIENT ENGAGEMENT
Build meaningful relationships with clients, working by appointment to provide a personalized service, promote loyalty, and incremental purchases.
- Capture new luxury clients, grow the client book, and drive retention, ensuring volume and spend through regular contact and follow-up on sales or requests.
A proven track record in delivering sales, strong product knowledge, and good understanding of retail operations are essential for this role.
Demonstrating confidence, curiosity, conviction, and care, with impeccable presentation and communication skills, is crucial when dealing with clients and colleagues.
Measures of Success:- Individual sales performance and KPIs (Appointments, UPT, ATV & AUR)
- Service targets (Guest Experience, Net Promoter Score)
- New client acquisition (conversion and retention)
- Number of appointments held on a monthly basis
