Job Title: Program Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and delivery of high-quality training programs in vocational education.

About The Role:

  • Coordinate, deliver, and continuously improve accredited training programs in areas such as Business, IT & Digital Literacy, and Hospitality.

  • Support trainers and students, ensure compliance with ASQA standards, and engage with industry to align training with workforce needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop course planning, delivery, and assessment strategies that meet industry requirements.

  • Provide educational leadership and support to trainers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and guidance to deliver quality training.

  • Maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders and partners to stay informed about industry trends and developments.

  • Oversee compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement processes to ensure our training programs meet the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in vocational education and training.

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
