Strategic Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager Lead to shape and manage strategic relationships between our partners and agency stakeholders.

The successful candidate will drive impactful partnerships within their portfolio, aligning services with long-term goals and objectives of partner agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiation and Partnership Development: Represent us in complex negotiations with senior stakeholders, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Proposal Development: Develop and present submissions, proposals, reports, and briefings related to the delivery of our services and products.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement account plans that maximise value for partner agencies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve service delivery, and enhance the overall experience for partner agencies.
  • Team Supervision: Coordinate resources and supervise account managers assigned activities to a portfolio of partner agencies.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proposal Writing: Experience in preparing high-quality proposals and business cases.
