Coaching and Support Specialist

Are you passionate about helping people with disabilities achieve their employment goals? Do you have excellent coaching and communication skills? We are seeking a skilled Coaching and Support Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is committed to supporting individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential. As a Coaching and Support Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to develop personalized employment plans that meet their unique needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized coaching and support to clients with disabilities to help them achieve their employment goals
  • Develop and implement personalized employment plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and support
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide comprehensive support services to clients

Requirements:

  • Experience working with people with disabilities in an employment setting or direct support
  • Excellent coaching and communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and agile in the workplace - move from one priority to another
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in using current MS Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)

Qualifications:

  • Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) and previous case management experience highly regarded
  • Working with Childrens Check (Blue Card)
  • NDIS clearance
  • National Police clearance
