The Job Coach plays a vital role in guiding our clients towards job readiness and enabling opportunities for employment. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in people's lives.

As a Job Coach, you will work closely with clients to provide support and guidance as they navigate the job market. You will help them build skills and confidence, and connect them with employers who value diversity and inclusion.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be passionate about helping others and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients towards job readiness and enable opportunities for employment
  • Provide support and guidance to clients as they navigate the job market
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities
  • Place participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes
  • Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded and documented

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year's experience in customer service or a client-facing role
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges
  • Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders
  • Confident working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable employment
  • Hold a current driver's license
