Employment Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as an Employment Support Specialist.

Ongoing support, mentoring and training will be provided to ensure the individual's success in their role.

This position involves coaching and mentoring individuals on employability skills, finding job opportunities, and referring them to external support networks where necessary.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong administration skills, and IT literacy, including data entry, Word, Excel and Outlook.

The successful applicant will work independently and as part of a team, achieving individual targets and contributing to a positive team culture.
