As a Job Coach, you will be working with clients who face challenges in finding and maintaining employment.

On a daily basis, your tasks may include:

  • Motivating and guiding clients towards job-readiness;
  • Establishing relationships with local employers to source job opportunities;
  • Reverse marketing clients to employers;
  • Placing participants into sustainable employment leading to desired outcomes;
  • Recording and documenting activities according to compliance and contractual requirements; and
  • Providing exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders throughout the process.

Success in this role requires experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrated ability to work with people overcoming challenges, strong communication skills, and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Requirements:

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
  • Experience working with individuals facing challenges;

  • Confidence in meeting performance targets and delivering successful placements;
  • Desire to contribute to a dynamic organization committed to its purpose and values;
  • Current driver's license.
