Strategic Influencer Marketing Lead

A seasoned professional is required to lead day-to-day client management and influencer strategy across international and local brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for clients, leveraging the power of social media influencers.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication, delivery, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create culturally relevant, brand-aligned campaigns that drive results.
  • Source and recommend influencers aligned with brand tone, values, and audience.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from briefing and approvals to reporting.
  • Draft and manage influencer strategies to support product launches, events, and other key initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, delivering insights, learnings, and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing or a related field, preferably within fashion/lifestyle.
  • Proven experience planning and executing influencer-led campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Deep understanding of the creator economy, platform nuances, and social media storytelling.
  • Strong existing relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and industry partners.
  • Natural communicator with excellent client-facing skills.
  • Exceptional project management skills; detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
