We're looking for a results-driven Marketing & Influencer Strategist to lead campaign execution, drive brand growth, and manage influencer partnerships. You'll handle multi-channel marketing from awareness to conversion, scout and brief KOLs, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms. You'll also plan events, launch products, and analyze campaign performance to boost traffic and ROI. If you're creative, strategic, and thrive in fast-paced beauty marketing this role is for you.

Job Description

  • Define, create, and manage marketing acquisition efforts across awareness, consideration, and conversion using multiple channels
  • Analyse and identify the best content promotion trend to give further key recommendations in order to discover other ways of reaching customers and driving sales traffic
  • Handling the end-to-end process of the influencer marketing strategist, starts from approaching suitable KOL/ Influencer, creating & present the brief, and reviewing their performance
  • Ensure that a brand remains recognizable, up to date, and exciting to customers
  • Making sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns
  • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns, working closely with product development and business development team
  • Supervising advertising, product design, and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
  • Plan and execute beauty-related events, product launches, and influencer collaborations.
  • Manage KOL/Influencer seeding for campaign to create brand awareness and publicity
  • Any additional ad-hoc tasks given by supervisor.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or influencer/KOL management (beauty industry experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end: sourcing, briefing, negotiating, tracking performance.
  • Familiar with beauty/lifestyle industry trends, especially on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
