Influencer and Marketing Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Influencer Specialist to lead and grow our influencer marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals, identifying and engaging skincare influencers, negotiating contracts, managing budgets, and overseeing deliverable timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Influencer Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales.
  2. Negotiate Influencer Contracts: Identify, engage, and negotiate contracts with top skincare influencers across various platforms.
  3. Manage Influencer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies to ensure successful partnerships.
  4. Analyse Campaign Performance: Monitor, analyse, and report on influencer campaign performance to inform future strategy decisions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Influencer Marketing: 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in skincare or beauty.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Social Media Knowledge: Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in influencer platforms/tools and data-driven campaign analysis.
  • Creativity and Attention to Detail: Creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
