Job Title: People and Culture Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture Specialist to join our leadership team based in Adelaide.

  • As a strategic partner, you will work closely with the Chief Executive and leadership team to develop and implement initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and organisational effectiveness.
  • You will be responsible for a range of people, culture, and human resource matters, including developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organisational goals.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the arts, highly organised, and thrives in a dynamic environment. We are looking for someone who has significant experience working within the South Australian Government Employment Framework and wants to make a difference in regional South Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our organisational goals.
  • Work closely with the Chief Executive and leadership team to develop and implement initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
