Executive Marketing Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic marketing professional to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across our pharmacy locations.

This is an executive-level role with a full-time employment type, reporting directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies and annual plans with clear KPIs, budgets, and target segments, analysing market trends and competition to create differentiated positioning for each location, tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies to maximise marketing ROI, and building and leading a centralised marketing capability across all pharmacy locations.

  • Drive customer traffic across in-store, online, and on-demand channels through integrated campaigns
  • Optimise digital marketing and promotions to attract and convert customers across all touch points
  • Monitor conversion metrics and continuously improve acquisition efficiency
About the Role

This senior marketing role involves overseeing the development of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retail pharmacy customer journey and healthcare marketing, strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, excellent brand management and creative campaign development abilities, proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation, project management and change management capabilities, and a strong understanding of customer data privacy and compliance requirements.
