About the Job

We're seeking an experienced professional to take charge of our performance marketing efforts.

This role is crucial for driving growth, maximising profit and enhancing our acquisition ecosystem across key channels.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for acquiring new customers, focusing on diversification and risk management.
  • Lead a team to achieve sustainable growth across multiple channels.
  • Design and implement a full-funnel acquisition plan including paid, organic and social media advertising.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

  • 10 years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition or growth roles, preferably in a high-growth B2C environment.
  • A proven track record of leading large teams with strong mentorship and results delivery.
  • Deep expertise in digital advertising across Google, Meta, Programmatic and other channels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
