Chief Financial Officer Role

Job Description:

The Chief Financial Officer will be a key member of the leadership team responsible for delivering strong financial management and commercial outcomes. You will partner with stakeholders to drive growth, manage finances, and make strategic decisions.

This role leads the finance team and is responsible for financial reporting, tax compliance, accounts payable, cash reconciliations, accounts receivable, and payroll.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and ensure strong financial controls, audit readiness, and financial risk management. An exciting opportunity to influence key partnerships, acquisition due diligence, and integration, and support the design and implementation of a new enterprise system to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver strong commercial outcomes and build trusted relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of developing the finance function in rapidly growing businesses.
  • Strong communicator, confident in delivering commercial outcomes and building trusted relationships.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business or Accounting, ACA or CPA qualified.

Experience in the healthcare sector and/or aged care is highly desirable.
