About the Role

A Senior leader is needed to join PCR Talent as the Regional Director of the East Coast. This role encompasses P&L responsibility for multidisciplinary operations in the built environment and civil infrastructure sectors. Oversee teams working across the built environment, civil infrastructure, advisory services, and regional administration.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies for the region in line with PCR Talent's overall vision.
  2. Business Development: Identify new client opportunities, drive business growth, and stabilize and expand operations in the built environment and civil infrastructure sectors.
  3. Client Management: Serve as Project Director for select projects, maintain relationships with existing clients, manage key accounts, and promote the full range of services.
  4. Team Development: Collaborate with HR and Discipline Directors to foster staff growth and team development.
  5. Compliance and Innovation: Ensure adherence to risk management and contract review processes, oversee financial and engineering practices, and champion innovation.
  6. Growth Contribution: Contribute to business growth initiatives.
Requirements

Leadership: Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Industry Expertise: Strong presence and knowledge in the built environment or civil infrastructure sectors.
Experience: Proven track record in securing multidisciplinary work, with excellent communication skills and over 20 years of industry experience.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Structures), postgraduate qualifications, professional memberships, and Chartered Professional Engineer registration and/or National Engineering Register.
Personal Qualities: Demonstrated business development skills, commercial acumen, results-oriented mindset, commitment to innovation, talent recognition, and motivational drive.
