We provide a diverse range of road trip possibilities, including short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales. Our technological focus drives innovation and requires top talent to pursue our challenges.
The Role
As the Operations Regional Director for APAC, you will lead our regional team responsible for executing regional processes and managing local depots. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising the regional team and local teams in your region.
- Overseeing day-to-day regional operations execution and actively managing the team to achieve results in fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Ensuring the performance of local operations meets operating standards and operational objectives.
- Guaranteeing customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and adapting processes to minimize exceptions.
- Coordinating with central teams to define and adapt processes for regional success.
- Leading, coordinating, and delivering projects related to operational expansion within your region.
- Managing the P&L of your region, working closely with the management team to achieve operational cost efficiency.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with:
- A background in business management, engineering, or a similar field.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in strategic consulting or finance-related positions.
- Proven experience in managing operational teams with P&L ownership and direct control over operational financial performance in sustainable business models.
- A track record of establishing operational standards and developing structured operations.
- Experience in leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate efforts across teams.
- Organizational, analytical, and results-oriented skills.
- Fluency in English.
