Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer - Associate Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to take on the role of Associate Director at our client's Parramatta office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex urban development projects, providing innovative engineering solutions, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement engineering solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to help them grow and develop in their careers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in consulting engineering, with a strong background in Australian design codes.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
