You will be driven to continuously improve social outcomes and bring prior experience from a similar role including:

  • Experience in projects that have contributed to policy development or change, with an understanding of the public policy process.
  • Qualifications in program evaluation or a related field, with a demonstrated ability to apply these skills in a government context.
  • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to deliver high-impact work.
  • A track record of managing risk and maintaining confidentiality and integrity in sensitive project environments.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear policy recommendations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management capabilities, with a focus on integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in rapid iteration and adaptation in response to feedback and changing policy requirements.
