HR Operations Specialist

This is a key role within the HR function, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and contributing to national and state-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and implement firm-wide HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance to leadership on local employment laws and compliance.
  • Support learning and development initiatives including tracking and training program development.
  • Assist with remuneration, benefits, and performance evaluation processes.
  • Drive staff engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Support recruitment efforts including graduate and law school programs.
  • Assist with workplace health and safety compliance and psychological safety programs.
  • Manage HR reporting, performance management, and grievance handling.
  • Liaise with payroll on leave and pay queries.
  • Represent HR on internal committees and working groups.

This role is ideal for a confident, proactive, and experienced HR professional. Previous tenure in a professional services environment is essential. You'll bring strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset.

  • Proven experience in HR operations and project coordination.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
