Job Description:\

As a Field Service Supervisor, you will be accountable for providing exceptional customer care experiences and managing a team of technicians and apprentices to deliver high-quality service repairs and aftermarket support.

  • Supervise a team of 12+ technicians and apprentices to ensure high-quality service repairs and aftermarket support for CAT machines and CAT Marine engines.
  • Manage work order scheduling, execution, and compliance with standards.
  • Provide customer warranty support and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Champion safety by enforcing OH&S protocols and conducting risk assessments.
  • Use CAT systems (SIS) and IDS (Integrated Dealer Systems) to oversee job tracking, reporting, and documentation.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture through coaching, mentoring, and leadership.
\Required Skills and Qualifications:\

A qualified Heavy Duty trade professional with extensive supervisory experience in mechanical or dealership settings is required. You must have proven leadership skills in similar industries, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide high-performing teams.
