Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong understanding of data protection and recovery techniques, including backup procedures.
  • Proven experience in managing and supporting IT infrastructure, including hardware and software maintenance.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
