Warehouse Operations Manager Needed

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the daily warehouse operations.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods with high accuracy, productivity, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee inventory control procedures to ensure accurate and timely stock management.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Implement and monitor inventory management systems and processes.
  • Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
  • Monitor and manage order picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

You should have experience using warehouse management systems and relevant software, as well as experience operating warehouse equipment and holding relevant licenses.
