About the RoleThe full-time Culinary Leader will report to the Executive Sous Chef and be responsible for managing 24/7 operations in the In-Room Dining kitchen. A background in luxury hotels is highly desirable, with experience in preparing international cuisine and leading a diverse team of culinary professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food products are delivered efficiently and safely.
- Lead by example, inspiring a professional culinary team to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Maintain accurate records, adhering to Crown's standards and policies.
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
