
Executive Culinary Director

We are seeking a skilled and experienced culinary professional to lead our catering team. As the Executive Culinary Director, you will oversee the preparation and presentation of meals for patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the safe provision of food as per documented food safety protocols
- Provide guidance and support to the food service team
- Demonstrate understanding of accreditation standards, workplace health and safety management, rostering, stock ordering, and event coordination
- Set a positive example in a professional and considerate manner to all stakeholders
- Maintain a positive work environment through effective teamwork
- Certificate III in Commercial Cooking or equivalent qualification
- Minimum certificate level qualifications in leadership or management
- Experience in commercial cooking and fine dining environments
- Ability to be proactive, flexible, creative, and dynamic
- Exemplary customer service skills
