Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Culinary Director to lead our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the efficient operation of the kitchen, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
  • Create innovative menu ideas that inspire the team and delight our guests.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistently high-quality meals are delivered to meet the expectations of our clients.
  • Perform routine maintenance on kitchen equipment and adhere to all relevant health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
  • Possess a Food Handling Certificate and have a tertiary qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrate 7-day availability across a rotating roster.
  • Previous experience in large-scale functions is highly desirable.
