About the Role

Rentokil Initial is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Darwin branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Operational Planning and Execution: Develop, implement, and manage operational plans to achieve business objectives, including safety, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure seamless service delivery to our customers, meeting or exceeding their expectations, and driving customer retention and growth.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Oversee the management of logistics, warehouse, and fleet operations, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, costs, and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams, with experience in managing remote teams an advantage.
  • Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of operational principles, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, costs, and financial performance.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Safety Culture: Commitment to safety and a proven track record of building a safety culture.
