Operations Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team at Rentokil Initial Darwin branch.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a safety culture, developing and managing a first-class operations and service support team, and implementing and delivering the operational plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a safety culture and developing a safety-first mindset within the team
  • Managing logistics, warehouse, and fleet operations to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Implementing divisional strategies to achieve and exceed budgeted delivery targets
  • Supporting portfolio growth through effective resource management
  • Driving operational efficiencies and continuous improvement to work smarter, not harder
Requirements
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and a proven track record in building a safety culture
  • Previous experience in the business services industry, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong operational principles and experience managing logistics and scheduling systems
  • Ability to focus and adapt to change, prioritizing work demands and delivering results
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen to manage budgets and costs
  • Effective interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
