Rentokil Initial is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Darwin. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing operations team and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Operational Planning and Execution: Develop and implement operational plans to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Safety and Risk Management: Ensure a safe working environment for employees and customers, and implement measures to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
- Customer Service and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention, and ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, costs, and financial performance to ensure business profitability and growth.
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Oversee logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services and products.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Leadership and Management Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams in a business services environment.
- Operational Planning and Execution: Strong skills in operational planning, execution, and management, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Safety and Risk Management: Experience in safety and risk management, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Customer Service and Retention: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and retention, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Financial Management: Strong financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, costs, and financial performance to ensure business profitability and growth.
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a strong understanding of supply chain operations and logistics management.
- Continuous Improvement: Strong skills in identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
