Job Opportunity: Climb Team Leader

The Climb Team Leader will be responsible for guiding guests on an exciting 90-minute adventure up a 298-step staircase located outside the building to the summit.

About This Role:
  • Leverage your exceptional leadership skills to motivate and support a team of passionate individuals in delivering high-quality guest experiences.
  • Greet, register, and process payments while ensuring seamless interactions with guests.
  • Develop strong relationships with guests by providing information about local landmarks and capturing memorable photos.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee daily climb operations, ensuring safety and service excellence are consistently met.
  2. Conduct ongoing training and performance reviews to enhance team performance.
  3. Maintain accurate records of PPE and climbing equipment, monitor stock levels, and track sales performance.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise during climbs or at the Observation Deck.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in team leadership is highly advantageous.
  • A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and adherence to company procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to relate to and converse with people from diverse backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certification and Queensland Working at Heights Certification or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
