This leadership position is crucial in delivering exceptional experiences, fostering a positive culture and promoting teamwork among our passionate team members.
Key Responsibilities- Greet, register and process payments while maintaining seamless guest interactions.
- Interact with guests during climbs, providing information on local landmarks and capturing memorable photos.
- Lead, coach and support a team of Climb Leaders, focusing on individual growth and development.
- Oversee daily climb operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain equipment and track sales performance.
- Proven experience in team leadership, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- A solutions-focused mindset and ability to handle pressure situations effectively.
- Strong commitment to safety, compliance and company procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident public speaker who enjoys engaging with small groups.
- Ability to navigate people matters with empathy and confidence.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work at heights, with the willingness to obtain necessary certifications. Our selection process may include video interviews, face-to-face or group interviews, health assessments and verification of working rights.
