Climb Leader

At SkyPoint, we are seeking enthusiastic and charismatic individuals to join our team as Climb Leaders. As a Climb Leader, you will deliver an unforgettable experience for our guests by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring their safety, and capturing lifetime memories of their adventure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register guests, collect payment or tickets, and conduct verbal safety briefings prior to the climb.
  • Assemble and check all safety equipment, monitor climber activities, and ensure compliance with safety practices.
  • Present information about the surroundings, including icons, landmarks, and history.
  • Photograph climbers at various points throughout the climb and sell photos at completion.
  • Move between roles as required based on business demands, maintain product and service knowledge, and engage with guests to maximize revenue.
  • Perform point-of-sale transactions, cleaning duties, and maintain venue cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Ability to relate to people with varying interests and cultural backgrounds.
  • Confident public speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in different weather conditions.
  • Safety-conscious with attention to detail.
  • Physically fit with the ability to perform demanding work.
  • Flexible availability across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
