Front of House/Bar Staff Opportunity

Australian Distilling Co is seeking a skilled and charismatic Front of House/Bar Staff to join our team at our soon-to-open venue in Melbourne CBD.

As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring our venue is presented and maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our spirits and products
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing point-of-sale systems
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including cocktails, to a high standard
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Bartender, with a current RSA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Professional presentation and a positive attitude
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays, with operational hours from 11 am to 10 pm
