We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House/Bar Staff member at our soon-to-open venue in Melbourne CBD.

As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring our venue is presented and maintained to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of our spirits and products
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Accurately processing orders and managing cash handling
  • Preparing and serving high-quality beverages, including cocktails
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth

We are looking for a "A Player" who is self-motivated, reliable, and engaging, with exceptional people skills. If you possess these attributes and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, then this role will provide you with a stimulating and exciting career opportunity.
