About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor to join our team at Rydges Melbourne. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our bar, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of front-of-house staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the bar operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
- Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and promoting a positive work environment.
- Conduct training sessions for front-of-house staff and implement standard operating procedures.
- Monitor the bar floor and provide assistance as needed.
