Job Opportunity:

Colliers is seeking a well-presented front of house professional to join our highly successful Residential team in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be based in various state-of-the-art project displays in and around the Melbourne CBD, welcoming guests, clients, and customers, and providing administrative support.

  • Welcoming guests, clients, and customers to the display
  • Administrative duties including collecting personal details and assisting with record logs
  • Supporting our engagement approach through achieving memorable client experiences
  • Assisting with the management and maintenance of in-house technology

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience
  • Interest and desire to work in the property sector
  • Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting minor technical errors
  • Polished personal image and presentation standards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A high degree of professionalism
  • Weekend availability
